This is an all inclusive trip meaning parking lot to parking lot service, meals, 4-5 star resorts, all transportation and gratuities are covered! We handle everything!
What happens if I enroll early or night of Parent Meeting?
Great question! We offer every traveler that enrolls before or on their informational meeting an early bird scholarship towards their trip! You also guarantee your spot on that trip roster by enrolling early!
How many people need to enroll for us to have a trip?
We’re traveling no matter what! Everyone that enrolls the night of the parent meeting has a guaranteed spot on that trip roster!
What does parking lot to parking lot mean?
It means we are with you every step of the way! We have our awesome CEOs (camp counselors) meet you and your charter bus at your school parking lot! From the very beginning they are there to serve you and to have a rocking time!
Do you offer a scholarship for students or help with fundraising?
Yes! On top of our Early Bird Scholarship ALL travelers qualify for, we also help you out with fundraising! Every traveler upon enrolling gets access to our educational gift letters! These letters help travelers raise funds for their trip in an organized and professional way! All money raised is 100% yours, but the only way the letters work is you have to send them out! 🙂
Can you explain the Travel Refund Program?
Enrolling in this protection program gives you more flexibility in the case you’d need to unenroll from your reservation. It allows travelers to be risk free up until a week before trip departure!
Can Parents enroll on this trip?
Absolutely! This is a trip for Parents and Students to experience travel! As a family, you get to experience the East Coast and all of its rich history! About half of our students bring a parent along for the trip of a lifetime!
How many adults will be on this trip
Typically, 50% of our travelers are parents. So about half of the students bring mom or dad, which is pretty cool! This is a student and parent trip for the family to enjoy!
My spouse and I do not know who is going to be traveling yet. How should we enroll?
No worries! We offer a name swap option up until 45 days prior to trip departure, so you and your spouse have plenty of time to decide who will get to participate on this trip of a lifetime! Use the online enrollment form to get that spot reserved!
Can travelers with special needs attend this trip?
Absolutely! We do our best to make sure all travelers are accommodated for while on tour! This includes any dietary restrictions, mobility issues, or any other special needs! This is a trip of a lifetime for all travelers!
What kind of payment plans are offered?
We offer 4 different payment methods to accommodate to all travelers! Our most popular method is our affordable Auto Monthly installment plan! No money down upon enrolling and payments won’t start until the next month! Interest Free!
AFTER YOU ENROLL
HOW DO I LOGIN TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Upon enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email that congratulates you on enrolling onto this epic trip! You will then be given the opportunity to “Setup Account”. From here you will be able to create your password and check out all your unique traveler details and resources!
CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?
Yes! You can give us a call or head to your online account to update your payment method! To update payment, head to the Payment Details and select Change Payment Method!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE A PAYMENT?
We understand things happen! Give our team a call at 1 (800) 275-3980 and we can work with you over the phone to get those payments caught back up! 🙂
CAN I MAKE EXTRA PAYMENTS?
Yes! If you wish to make any extra payments towards your trip, all you need to do is give us a call at 1(800) 275-3980 and we will run that payment with you over the phone!
WILL WE RECEIVE TRIP UPDATES?
Absolutely! We will send updates throughout the pre tour process! We will even host another meeting with your group a few months prior to trip departure to give you all the details of your trip! Our phone lines are also open every week Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Central if you ever have any questions!
WHERE CAN I FIND THE EDUCATIONAL GIFT LETTERS?
Head to your online account and click on Traveler Resources! This screen will have all extra request forms, trip details, and your Educational Gift Letters!
What kind of places are we going to be eating at?
We eat at places that have incredible options to choose from as well as accommodating any dietary restrictions or needs! From Chick-Fil-A to pit master BBQ, we have it all on tour!
What hotel are we staying at while on tour?
Great question! We stay at 4 and 5 star properties all over the DC area! Our hotels are super safe and accommodating for all travelers! Not to mention, they are in perfect driving distance to all the incredible sights that the East Coast has to offer!
Do I need a Passport to travel?
No! Because we are staying in the country, no passport is needed to travel! In fact, all travelers under 18 years of age don’t need any form of ID to travel! Adults over 18 years of age just need a photo ID like a driver’s license.
How much spending money is needed to send with my child?
This is an all inclusive trip! All transportations, gratuities, and meals are already covered! We suggest bringing an extra 15 – 25 dollars a day for any souvenirs or Starbucks runs along the way! 🙂
Who will be going on this trip with our group?
You will have your own VIP Tour directors called CEOs! They keep the group safe and allow the trip to move on slowly! They take care of EVERYTHING while on tour. They are there to serve you! Along with your CEOs, your awesome teachers also will be along for this trip of a life time!
What should I pack?
Closer to trip departure, we will send you over information like your departure packet! In side, you will find a packing list that breaks down what each traveler should bring to have the best trip ever! You also can find a packing list under Traveler Resources on your online account!
